How do I install the program?

When trying to install the software, I am getting an error 1330. How do I correct this?

When trying to install the software, I am getting an error: "1607: Unable to install Installshield Scripting Runtime". How do I correct this?

When trying to install the software, I receive an error message stating: "isNNAA.tmp has encountered a problem" (the NN would be a number and the AA would be a letter) The number and letter is different each time I try to install it. How do I install the software?
